Family ski trip to Vail, CO

My generous parents took my husband, brother & myself on a family ski trip to Vail, Colorado. This was our second time here, last time was just about ten years ago. Being older this time around, I have much more of an appreciation for the beauty of Colorado. Skiing in the legendary Vail back bowls is just the most breathtaking experience. The first day we skied couldn't have been more perfect. 50 degrees, crystal clear blue skies & perfect skiing conditions. The second days conditions were quite the opposite, a complete blizzard... we did a lot of laughing that day!

We had tickets to the taste of vail (a four day wine and food festival)// definitely ate & drank way too much but I HIGHLY recommend it, we had a blast!
For more information on taste of vail go here.

We stayed right in Vail Village, its seriously the most adorable spot I have ever seen! The village has a european feel with its buildings resembling an alpine architecture. The cobblestone streets are filled with the cutest coffee shops, quaint stores & restaurants.
